How to send your artwork

We’re ready to create great keyring pdf visuals for your organisation - free of charge! Here’s how to get one:

  1. Choose the keyring you’d like to customise by browsing our site. Select your options & order quantity then submit the enquiry form - don’t forget to attach your logo's / image files & instructions.
  2. We’ll reply with a pdf visual proof and quote confirmation. (Takes around 6 hours depending on complexity and workload - can sometimes take 24 hours or more)
  3. Amend the design until you’re 100%. (Each time a revision is made we send an updated quote, artwork along with payment link to proceed with production)
  4. Pay & approve your artwork online and wait for your order to arrive - delivery is swift! (Track your order online and we’ll keep you updated with delivery)

For optimum branding results, please ensure the image files you upload are:

  • Editable Vector Files (.ai, .eps, .pdf’s etc) - this file type gives much better results! Please check with your designers as logos & designs often start out in this format.
  • Or, High Quality Images (.jpgs, .png, .gifs etc) - best file type for your colour photographs etc.
  • If you only have jpg, png or other image files, then please send these through in the highest quality possible - ideally over 200kb. We'll let you know if they're suitable for the particular keyring you're interested in. Also, if you like we can convert low quality artwork to vector format for £20+VAT - please email [email protected] with your files to convert.

Image Files Not Accepted:

  • Low quality image files (lower than 50kb) will produce low quality keyrings! Please ask your designers to provide vector versions - or much higher quality images. Alternatively you can use our vector conversion service for £20+VAT.

Please Remember:

  • We do not take alterations or artwork approvals over the telephone.
  • The colours used in our artwork are for guidance only and may not be an accurate indication of final print results.
  • Without Pantone colour references we will not be held responsible for any variations in colour between artwork and end product.
  • Once proof attached is approved, we will not be held responsible for any errors found on artwork after printing, even if the errors are made by our design team (for example misspelling / mistakes sending artwork versions).
  • Once we have received your artwork approval we will accept this as an official order. Orders may not be cancelled/changed at this stage.
  • You must report any defects within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, action to be taken is at our discretion.
