1. What order quantity do you have in mind?

Due to high set up costs, certain keyrings are not suitable for orders under 300 quantity. On the other hand, we may suggest a different keyring or production method for large orders.

2. Do you have a deadline?

This is useful to know early into your enquiry - In most cases, the fastest possible lead time on our customised keyrings is 7 days, but the lead-time on some of our keyrings can be up to 5 weeks. Printed plastic trolley tokens, and blank unassembled keyrings can be done on a 3-4 working day lead-time. Knowing your lead time will help us find a perfectly suited keyring quickly.

3. How exactly do you want your keyrings to look?

Let us know the size, colours, finish etc. Some of our customers ask us for high quality, luxurious keyring designs with state-of-the-art plating techniques and specialist polishing. Other customers ask us for a quick customised gift or promotion that stands out, is cost effective, durable and spreads their message. Tell us what you need and we'll give you the best advise possible.

4. What does your artwork / logo / design look like? (optional)

Knowing the simplicity, complexity and colour requirements of your artwork in the early enquiry stages helps us advise and quote on the right keyring quickly - if not already done so, reply with your high quality logos attached!

If you think you'll need a sample - please let us know your address and the keyring you had in mind. We'll dispatch within 1 day using Royal Mail 1st class.
